I always use the ‘You are welcome’,but it seems like not a very good way.

I have never heard the expression “tri-win”, but it makes sense so I am sure some people have used it.
However, it sounds horrible to me – please don’t use it.
If you really must translate so directly, couldn’t you say something like, “it benefited all three parties?”
