In most situations, it is not a countable noun. If you are anything like the people I have worked with over the years, you will agree that when there is a need to translate the word 人才, talent is almost always not countable. If you are anything like the people I have worked with over the years, you will agree that when there is a need to translate the word 人才, talent is almost always not countable.

There will always be exceptions. All I am trying to is address frequently occurring problems.
